Wholesale FAQS

Q. What is your wholesale minimum?

A. Our wholesale minimum is $300 for each order. Payment must be received before order is started.

Q. What is your typical turnaround time?

A. Handling times are typically 2-3 weeks which often depends on a number of factors such as time of year, if supplies are in stock, number of orders, etc.  However we do our best to get orders out well before that timeframe whenever feasible. We ship from Alberta, Canada.​

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. For domestic orders, shipping will be via Canada Post.

​Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

A.  If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us within five business days of delivery. Returns will be a case by case scenario. 

Q. What type of materials do you use in your designs?

A.  Most of our materials are gold vermeil (thick gold over Sterling Silver), Sterling Silver or Gold Filled. Please review care instructions. 

Q. Do you offer custom designs?

A. No, we do not.
