Because of the delicate nature of jewelry, please be mindful of how you wear your pieces and store them. When you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend that you store your pieces in an inclosed jewelry box or airtight bag to keep them from the exposure of the outside elements.

3- Don't leave in extreme hot or cold temperatures
4- store in an air tight container or plastic bag since air can oxidize jewelry
Perfumes & lotions may wear down the plating on your jewelry. Please apply these products before putting on your pieces.
If your jewelry requires cleaning, we recommend using a polish cloth or soft cotton cloth on any metal part to reduce tarnish. Please keep in mind that everyone's personal skin PH levels and how often the jewelry is worn may determine how quickly it may tarnish for some people. Jewelry is coated with multiple layers of gold or rose gold plating and will last a long time if cared for.

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your packages with most orders shipping out within 3 days. Please allow more time for custom pieces. Items ship out from St. Albert, Alberta with Canada Post.
Your package will be sent via Canada Post.
Shipping is free for letter mail and does not include insurance or tracking. It is at your own risk.
Letter mail- packages arrive in a bubble mailer. I recommend upgrading your shipping for orders with a few items or earrings so that they can be packaged in a box.
Flat Rate Shipping- Comes with tracking and $100 insurance.
