SHIPPING & HANDLING

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your packages with most orders shipping out within 3 days. Please allow more time for custom pieces. Items ship out from St. Albert, Alberta with Canada Post. 

Shipping is free.

 

CANADA

Your package will be sent via Canada Post letter mail if you are ordering 3 items or less. If more items are purchased your package will be sent by Parcel. Letter mail does not come with tracking. If you require tracking please contact us to upgrade your shipping. This may be subject to extra upgrading fees.

 

UNITED STATES

Your package will be sent Canada Post Parcel.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.These are established by your local customs authorities. Haiku Lane is not responsible for these costs. Please visit your local customs authorities website for more information. 

Delivery dates are not guaranteed for reasons out of our control. If you need a rush delivery please contact us first to upgrade your shipping. Haiku Lane is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Please ensure that your mailing address is correct as we will not replace packages if incorrect address is given.

 

RETURNS

Please contact haikulane@gmail.com to request a return. 

Due to the delicate nature of jewelry, Haiku Lane does not accept returns for jewelry.

Please contact us if you have received the wrong item or if there is damage to your piece.

 

REPAIRS

Depending on the nature of the repair Haiku Lane accepts repairs. All repairs are handled case by case. Please contact haikulane@gmail.com to inquire.
